Book your air, hotel, and car rental as far in advance as possible, then call to confirm each at least 24 hours ahead of your travel date. Get airline tickets via email; it will save you lots of time at the airport. Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours ahead of your departure time. Don't over pack. Don't forget underwear, socks, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, and other toiletries.

Taxi's don't take credit card. It's safe as long as you use your common sense – act like you would travelling to any big city. Don't drink the water.

Guadalajara's a beautiful city, and nearby at Ajajic there is a big American/Canadian community of ex-pats.

    Have Fun!

    1)From Manchester to South Shields (145.8miles- 2hours 42 minutes)
From South Shields To Bradford (101.3 miles- 2hours 2minutes)
From Bradford to Manchester Airport (52.3miles- 55minutes)

    2) There's not many mountains in England but there are some high places but their are a few high places in Bradford. One is called Ilkey Moor. There are loads of nice buildings in Bradford. Cartwright Hall, Saltaire, The Alhambra, The Wool Exchange ect. If your looking for art galleries theirs the Bradford One Gallery and Cartwright hall and some of the best. Bradford has a strong history and I recommend a visit to the Bradford Industrial Museum.

    3) For Restaurants, theirs quite a variety:

A)Prashad. The Vegetarian Chaat House, Horton Grange Road, Bradford (ASIAN FOOD)
    B) Aagrah Restaurant (ASIAN FOOD)
C)Kipling's, Harrogate Road, Greengates, Bradford (ENGLISH FOOD)

    4) Travels easy. Taxis take cash.

If you’re looking for lodging, why not try hostels? While hunting for a good hostel, there's a few things to take into account. Make sure and check out the place before you commit. Always ask to walk around and investigate before you sign up.

The best routes to take are to research the process of starting a business as well as the industry you're interested in.

I recommend checking out the SBA, Entrepreneur, The Start Up Journal & Nolo. All 4 are great informational resources for the new/small business owner. I posted links for you in the source box.

Associations may be a good avenue to explore. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you'll inevitably have as well as many you haven't anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.

Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can about the industry. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

    * How to Start a Home Based Travel Agency by Tom Ogg, Joanie Ogg,
    * Start Your Own Specialty Travel & Tour Business by Entrepreneur Press
    * Start Your Own Travel Agency by Adam Starchild
    * Home-Based Travel Agent, 5th Edition by Kelly Monaghan

I also posted links to some free articles in the source box.

Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!

yes! if possible, try to only bring a carry-on. it will save you lots of time in checking luggage and also at baggage claim after you get off the plane.

    also, carry luggage with wheels!
